The room was spotless, and all the employees from the front desk to the person from housekeeping were nice, respectful and hospitable. It is near food places and shopping areas. I was really pleased with the treatment and my stay.

The free parking helped a lot since the streets were always very congested. I didn’t like that the window curtain did not block out the sun and in the morning it woke me up. The staff was very helpful.

Mo espos y yo hemos sido clientes del Hotel El Colonial en, Mayagüez, PR por 10 years. Lo llamamos nuestro segundo hogar. Los dueños atentos y sencillos. Todos los del departamento de limpieza son los mejores en el trabajo que realizan. Los cuartos y areas las mantienen super limpias.Los agentes de registraccion, Anibal, Heidi, Ash, Danny, Sebastian, todos son excelentes en cortesia, amabilidad y sinceros en tratar a los guest que allí nos quedamos.
