Quiet country location, close enough to beaches that the drive was doable, and friendly pets. Cute and comfy accommodations. Hosts were good at communicating and very responsive. Property was as listed. I’d recommend it to others.

Everything was clean and tidy, room was a reasonable size, aircon worked well and bed comfortable. Despite being alongside the main city bypass, we didn't hear any traffic and slept well.

The rooms met the old-world charm expected of a hotel of its age. The food and staff were both fantastic & welcoming, with the added advantage of booking meals & drinks to my room. Recommended as the place to stay in Wanganui.

Couldnt get tv 1 2 3 channel in the room the showers weren't that great soap in toilet wasnt filled and i did let the manger know and you could hear people in there rooms
