"Great location, Eleanor and her team are so incredibly nice. It was 40° so the air conditioning didn’t work great but that would be the only negative about our stay. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds and a shower with lots of water pressure made for a nice day"

"Property was 5 star all the way could not have been better. It was confusing at the beginning when we checked in as we did not have the proper address to meet them as parking is impossible in the old town but they quickly rectified it and it was all uphill from there. The breakfast was spectacular. Their rooms exceeded my expectations. The Spa was lovely just a true five star property in the most perfect location across from the duomo . Most definitely would stay here again and recommend it."
