Room was freezing cold while I was there. Hallways were dark and creepy with blue neon lights. Very difficult to find parking in the winter since giant piles of snow everywhere. People having very loud sex could be heard through the walls. Feels like hotel is used for hookups.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Le Rivage. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the light features in the room. There is a wall-mounted TV speaker, but it didn’t work due to a missing power cord. The TV volume was clear, and I liked that you could connect your phone to the TV. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the spa. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The staff during the evening shift are rude and lazy. I asked for some forks at the reception and she didn’t respond, she just turned around to get it and gave them to me rudely. The next day, we ordered uber and they forgot to put forks in the bag so we had to ask the receptionist again. She said there was no forks, so we asked for spoons instead when she turned around to get them, I saw there was some forks. Then, I told her that there are some forks and she responded yes we do have some…. And they never answer the phone, you always need to go directly at the reception in order to get service. Overall, the receptionist was unwelcoming and rude but the room is clean and nice.
