"Outside appearance was a little concerning, but the room was very nice and recently updated. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff could not have been nicer. Disappointed in the breakfast, but it was as they said, a continental breakfast, so really can't complain. Would definitely recommend."

"No person was available for checkout and there was a line up but they did offer online checkout but I wasn’t able to get a printed receipt. Overall it was good except the toilet wasn’t secured correctly on the floor. They had a nice breakfast."

"I am a Paris native but have not lived there for over 50 years. I am delighted to find The Hampton Inn available for our visits. It does sit across from a light industrial center of the community and a burned out restaurant adjoins the Hampton Inn property on the north. But there was very little street noise that we noticed. The staff was very cheerful and seemd glad to have us a guests. And, oh the breakfast!!! If someone leaves breakfast hungry during their stay its their own fault, certainly not the hotel's. The choices were varied and delicious. We shall be staying at the Paris Hampton Inn on our next trip to Paris, IL."
