A last minute reservation was efficient, easy and accurate. I bought the insurance because of the nonrefundable nature of the late reservation, but it was not necessary. I was happy to pay it and not need it than the other way around. Thank you.

Kudos to Gloria

Kudos to hotel associate Gloria, who wore many hats during our stay. She was busy going to and from the entire time, laughing and smiling. From checking us in, to helping with the TV connection, to working the breakfast shift (while handling the front desk), she was on top of things without hesitation and with full command of the entire operation. Aside from Gloria's exceptional service, the room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bed comfort was heavenly. The only lack of a 1-star was no change of towels, and the minimal breakfast offerings were not appetizing. Otherwise, it was a nice overnight stay.

The front desk lady was amazing and the best part of this property. We loved the ample beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was great, for the affordability of this place. This ranks in service and cleanliness with higher costing places like Hampton Inn, etc.

Close to shopping stores which was great for forgetting a few things for my trip. The front staff Gloria was EXCEPTIONALLY KIND & HELPFUL. She made check in and checkout easy. The room was clean and cool when we went in. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was right next to an ice machine! Great for me. The pool was open, wish it was heated, but nonetheless got the job done for my daughter! I would stay here again should I need to. Great property.

The hotel appeared to be on the outskirts of town so the area around it was a little rundown. We didn't have any issues but I was worried about our safety and our car. The front desk clerk, I believe her name was Jennifer, was very sweet and very helpful, and she made check in very easy and quick.
