Very convenient if you are visiting Yosemite, and the hotel was good. The biggest issue with this location is that there was no cell service and the Wifi did not work past 7:30 pm. It's also in the middle of nowhere, so very limited dining, etc.

We stayed for two nights. The environment and surrounding areas are beautiful, and the location is very convenient, just about 10 minutes from the Yosemite park entrance. However, the service was disappointing. We requested to have our room cleaned the next morning, but no one came. It also took an extremely long time to receive basic items we asked for. The setting is great, but the service needs improvement.

The property is very close to the el Portal entrance of Yosemite. The room was nice, clean, and if you wanted, you could do some cooking as there was a range surface and refrigerator as well as some pots and pans and dishes. There is a pizza restaurant and another restaurant on the property but other restaurants were about 20 minutes away. We ate in the regular restaurant for dinner. The food was good and the waiter was very nice. BUT for breakfast, the only option was a breakfast buffet at $21.99 per person. No thanks. We grabbed a coffee and a sweet roll from the grocery area off the lobby and went back into Yosemite for the day. So, if you choose to stay here, it’s clean, close to Yosemite but there are very limited food options.

Overall property was very good just nearby Yosemite entrance. Nice river view. We got second floor and had lots of luggage so it was. Difficult to take them up. Rooms has no locks from inside. Living room AC was not working. When I checked it was turned off from the AC button and I turned it on then it worked. Overall it was good stay for one night.

The hotel’s location and check-in process were great. It was quiet and not too far from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The lobby also had a convenient gift shop and mini-mart, which was a nice touch. However, the Wi-Fi in our reserved room was extremely poor. When we went to the front desk for assistance, the staff simply said there was nothing they could do, without even offering an apology. Additionally, we had booked a two-level room, but when we checked in, the air conditioning had not been turned on. As a result, some of our group who stayed upstairs had to sleep in an uncomfortably hot environment.

Absolutely lovely property with a balcony on the river side. About a 25-30 min drive into Yosemite Valley center, but only about 10 mins from the National Park entrance. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

It was perfect for the night stay we had. Electricity was out on the second day, which is not in the hotels power (quite literally). Little details of the room made the room feel dated and in need of repair. Fan didn't work and sheets were very scratchy.
