It shows their pictures of pool and jacuzzi on hotels.com. When I check in, the clerk said they are under renovation. I asked why it didn’t show this warning on the website, he said the hotel doesn’t do that. So, is it cheating? I booked for two days. There was no sign of “cleaning” to tell them “please clean my room.” When I came back the second day, it was not cleaned at all. I asked the front desk why it was not cleaned. He said because I did tell them to. Is it weird that you have to call the front desk to clean your room ?

Better off at the Best Western

Hot tub was broken while there which was the main reason wepicked this hotel. Very small rooms and tiny TV. No microwave and very run down. We had bugs in our bathroom comingnout of a hole in the wall by the shower. Wouldn't stay here again

We stay for two days, the room is small and stuffy, the AC very old and loud, no housekeeping, the trash in our room was not removed after the first day, we had to go ask for coffee for the room since it was not replaced, the shower was warm or cold, no hot water. The young men in the front desk were nice.

Not as good as usual

We have been staying at this hotel since it was a Comfort Inn many years ago. We find the beds to be very comfortable and we enjoy the variety of foods available in the morning breakfast. This time we were challenged by a lack of hot water in our room. We tried 2x to shower, and both times there was no hot water. For this reason, I gave a good rating, instead of excellent. The rates are fair and the hotel is clean. If it wasn't for the lack of hot water, i would have given a better rating.
