"From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests of the hotel and celebrating 2 birthdays, he could care less. A lot of us work in hospitality industry and would never treat others the way we were treated. It was like no one liked their job and boy did it show. I will never return. There are plenty of other stay cations or Vegas. Traveling with a child with special needs too and they were not just unfriendly but not accommodating at all."

"The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and the faucet kept dripping. After finally finding a halfway decent room, the tub was still stained. Two of the outlets didn't work, the remote didn't function properly and there may have been bed bugs! The staff did their best but they don't control the rooms and functions within them. Aria was helpful as well, welcoming kind and as helpful as she could be. The breakfast was a bit of a let down, no meat breakfast options if you don't eat pork. Also their eggs looked like a fried egg pancake? Overall I would try to find another hotel if you can! If not just be mindful and check the beds and sheets for bed bug marks! Again the staff (those two women specifically) made the stay there worth it!"
