Vaquero Vibes is a place to gather with friends, loved ones or the solo traveler looking to meet new friends. Enjoy drinks with tourists and locals at our central communal covered bar and our new inside bar. Dance and have a good time under the stars. When it's time for sleep, walk the twenty steps home.
The space

LOCATION:
This property is just across the bridge off the main drag on the North East side of town. The address is 1007 E Oak St. Once you come up to B Street, make a left and the parking is on the right side.

PROPERTY:
This property is one of four private rentals inside an 8ft gated metal fence. Each unit can be rented separately or as a whole (ask us about Event space rentals). When booking separately there will be others staying in near by rentals within the compound. Each unit is private and outdoor space is communal. In the center of the compound is a BAR. The bar can be loud at times. Please consider when booking.

BAR HOURS OF OPERATION:
Thursday:6PM-12AM
Saturday: 6PM- 1AM
Sunday: 6PM-12AM

Times are subject to change depending on events.

UNIT TRES:
This unit sleeps up to four (4 guests) total inside a lofted studio space with one bathroom.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The sleeping arrangements include two FULL size beds, one in the main studio space and one in the loft. If you are booking with 3-4 guests in your party, 1-2 guests will need to be able to climb very tall heights which can be extremely dangerous for small children. Please only book if you are comfortable with this. There is a small area with luggage rack and full length body mirror.

KITCHENETTE:
The space is equipped with kitchenette, high top seating for two, microwave, and sink. Each kitchenette has two electric burners for cooking. Enjoy sitting outside on private front porch.

BATH:
Each unit has one bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

WIFI:
Wifi works great for streaming and work calls.

TV:
At this time we do not provide TV in the rooms, however, you can bring your own devices for streaming movies on your favorite networks. You are also welcome to watch the big screen TV outside. We leave the remote right there at the outside bar for you.

We encourage everyone to go outside and enjoy the fresh air!

ESSENTIALS:
All basic essentials and more are provided. You can expect clean sheets upon arrival, fresh towels and hot water. Hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, sugar and creamers are also available. Each unit is provided enough items for stay. Dishware, cups, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

AMENITIES:
Each unit has WiFi, one blow dryer, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge without freezer, microwave, two burner stove and light-up vanity body mirror. We can provide an iron upon request.

OUTDOORS:
Each unit has its own private front porch with seating. Enjoy shaded drinks, a good book or lounge with a good book.

We encourage outdoor activities, so feel free to use the huge TV outside. We leave the remote right there on top of the bar.

PETS:
We do allow pets with additional cleaning fee. All pets must be added to the reservation under "Guest Total" where a cleaning fee will automatically be added.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a "moderate cancellation policy".

CHECKIN/OUT:
Checkin starts at 3PM. Early checkins are not a guarantee. Please request in advance before entering property early. Checkout is 11AM. Please request late checkouts if necessary.

PARKING:
Free parking outside of gate. Parking is shared with bar patrons although we do have designated guest parking near entrance but it is not guaranteed. Assistance is always available, so feel free to reach out to us.

NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.
Stairs leads up to the loft. Bar on sight.

Upon booking you will receive a Guidebook with information about the town, such as, where to eat, what to do, shopping and nightlife. Checkin information is automatically delivered at 4PM two days before arrival. We will not email information to you, however, will notify you by email if we send you a message. Always check the app for your confirmed booking information.
Guest access
Guests have access to their private unit with special code two days before arrival. Private units are NOT shared. Outdoor spaces are shared with locals and tourists not staying on site.
Other things to note
Vaquero Vibes is a great space for meeting other locals and tourists staying in town or on site. Vaquero Vibes is not recommended for small children. Communal bar can be loud in the evenings. If you are looking for a quiet space this may not be the place for you. Please consider this seriously when booking.
