Beautiful hotel and amazing room in a historic Mardin stone building. The owner/manager, Ibrahim was a gracious and generous host, whose friendly helpfulness was above and beyond. By far the best of any of the hosts of all the places we stayed during our long vacation in Turkey.

Perfect central location in historic building

Ibrahim and team are gracious hosts offering guests free water upon arrival and throughout our stay. They loved making connections and stayed up in evening to visit on the terrace. The rooms are clean and beautiful. If you are seeking authentic historical accommodations in the heart of Mardin with walking distance to attractions, this is for you. Reminder that smoking is common in Turkey. The rooms are smoke free but the public shared spaces all contain ashtrays.

Otelin konumu bence çok güzel , çünkü MArdindeki otellere ulaşım normalde biraz zor , otelin çok yakınına araba çıkıyor . Otel görevlileri çok yakın davrandılar , kahvaltısı ve manzarası bir harika . Çok lezzetli idi. Sadece odaya biraz geç girebildik , onu da bayram yoğunluğuna verdik ki zaten temiz bir odaya giriş yaptık. Hatta benim oğlum odamızın dışında kulaklığını unuttu , bayram sonrası size kargolarız , hiç merak etmeyin dediler . Güzel bir deneyimdi .

Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz personel çok ilgili idi, kalmış olduğumuz oda temiz ve bakımlı idi, kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve lezzetliydi, konum olarak çok iyi yerde ama bebekli aileler için küçük bir tavsiye merdiven çıkmak istemiyor iseniz konağa çıktığınız yerden merdivene çıkmadan direkt bebek arabası ile gide bilirsiniz tabi en fazla 10 basamak merdiven çıkar karşınıza ama bunların sonunda maks 5 dk lık yokuş çıkacaksınız biraz bunu belirteyim.

Kahvaltı ev kahvaltısı gibiydi, kahvaltılıklar taze, kahvaltı salonu biraz ters bir konumda ama yine de iyi. Biz en çok çalışanlardan memnun kaldok her konuda yardımcı oldular. Otelden ana caddeye çıkmak için biraz merdiven tırmanmak gerekiyor

Odanın adını unuttum ama kesinlikle giriş kattaki odayı tercih etmeyin. Taş olmasından kaynaklı bir rutubet var, kapısı sorunlu ve aşırı küçük bir oda. Penceresi, dolabı, askılığı vs yok. Biz odayı alırken dikkat etmemiştik sizler edin. Çalışanların saygısı ve güleryüzü için sonsuz teşekkürler.

Butik otel olarak istediğinizi fazlasıyla alırsınız. Personel yardımcı, cana yakın. Sağolsunlar her ihtiyacımıza koştular. Konumu çarşıya yakın yürüme mesafesinde . Merdivenler malum, bilerek gelin. Restaurantlar falan biraz daha ileride cumhuriyet mahallesi diye geçiyor sanırım araç ile ya da taksi ile sıra gecesine katılabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı biraz zayıf geldi ancak butik otel için kabul edilebilir seviyede. Alakart gibi beklemeyin. Özetle canınızı sıkacak bir şey olmaz gönül rahatlığı ile ailenizle gidip kalabilirsiniz.

Das einfachste zimmer ist ein Kellerraum ohne Fenster. Für Kleider gibt es kein platz. Uns fehlte Trinkwasser. Frühstück haben wir sein lassen. Es war uns zu spät, erst ab 8.30 Uhr.

Otelden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Fakat burası konak hotel olduğu için odalara tuvaletler sonradan eklenmiş ve üstü açık. Dolayısıyla tuvalet kokusu odaya yayılıyo. Oda komple taşlardan oluşuyor ve taşların arasındaki sıvalar ara ara toz şeklinde üstünüze düşüyor. Tuhaf bir deneyimdi. Klimalar ısıtmada yetersiz kalıyor. Fakat kahvaltısı güzeldi ve çalışan arkadaşlar bizimle ilgilendi.

Gayet güzel bir ortamdı. Özellikle çalışanların samimi yaklaşımı akşam çayı vs güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı otopark ama eski Mardin’i tercih ediyorsan bu kaçınılmaz son oluyor o da konakladığımız yer ile alakalı değil. Teşekkürler

Das mit sehr viel Leibe eingerichtetes Hotel hat uns Super gefallen. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr Sauber, ruhig, ein sehr zuvorkommendes Liebes Personal. Und das super Frühstück mit dem tollen Ausblick auf Mesopotamien ein Traum. Mann kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe, war kein Problem. Ich würde das Hotel auf jedem Fall weiter empfehlen. 12 von 10 Wir werden wieder kommen.

L'hôtel est dans un très vieux bâtiment, ce qui fait tout son charme mais impose quelques contraintes comme les nombreux escaliers, ce qui est le cas partout à Mardin. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique et le personnel est très efficace et attentif à tous vos besoins. Le stationnement est proche de l'hôtel et les places faciles à trouver.
