Just Right

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this well-kept condo. It was a perfect location- easy access to pool and to Tiki Bar/Restaurant. The owner did not leave out anything in being guest-friendly along with beach decor galore!

Enjoyed our stay

Great location. Picture of lanai in listing is misleading. The view is of other condos about 40’ away. Not what I expected. Also there was a constant flow of cigarette smoke to the lanai making it unusable for us. The unit was clean except for dust bunnys on the floor. Laundry facility was clean. Parking was good. Area was safe. Maintenance was very responsive. Check in and check out was easy. Communication was excellent. The mattress was way too soft. Felt like I was in a hammock. Had to put pillows under my back. No floor fan for white noise. We bought one and left for the next renters. Pool and jot tub was mice. Dolphin tiki bar was Amazing.

The location, cleanliness 5 star. Fitting a family of four is tight. The single pull out is in the master bedroom. Unless you're up before 7:00 a.m., it's perfect. There are no blackout curtains or shades in the unit. So once the sun comes up so are you. Again, the cleanliness and amenities are five star. We are not early risers on vacation and by that I mean before daylight. It appears that the family/kids pool is on the south side and adults on the North. There will be a lengthy line for laundry on the same floor in high season. Parking is easy as can be. And remember, if arriving after hours, the welcoming Center is about a half a mile away to gain access. I would highly recommend the place for a couple or a family of three, four is tight

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as good as expected if not better. There was confusion in regards to not having the keys on rental sight. We needed an additional ride once we were dropped off from the airport to retrieve the keys at the welcome center. We were fortunate to have friends who rented nearby to retrieve the keys on Collier Blvd. People not familiar with the area would have a hard time especially if they came in on the weekend which we did.

Particular detail has been paid to making sure it is well supplied and stored in logical places to avoid a hunt for something. I have stayed in other units in this complex and G306 is far and away the best. Don't miss The Dolphin Tiki Bar behind the complex. Generous drinks, well prepared food and friendly service.

This unit is stunning. The owner has taken every care to insure that the guest has EVERYTHING they could possibly need. The decor is beautiful! January 2021 Stay

Condo was great! Brand new everything and well appointed with anything you’d possibly need. The lanai was great for morning coffee. The Anglers Cove complex is nice. The pools were well heated and the hot tubs were toasty! Tiki bar offers great food and views. Would highly recommend this condo and this complex.

Perfectly outfitted condo for rwo

Tastefully decorated seaside theme. Ample and comfortable furniture. Everything you could need is provided and logically placed or stored, so no searches. The owner even gave up a section of the owners closet to make a coffee bar.Only kitchy space is the Lani/cocktail bar which is deliberate and cute Wonderful place!
