Guests will have all the towels and linens that they need, as well as all the pertinent kitchen wares. You will feel right at home. Enjoy during your stay the convenience of WiFi, a new HVAC for efficient heating and cooling. The condo also has a large pool with a poolside tiki hut. You will also be able to enjoy and use an owners' lounge for board games, meetings, parties, etc. This condo will enable you to experience Marco Island and all it has to offer at its fullest. Marco Island is truly one of a kind slice of paradise. This condo is a 3-4 minute walk to a beautiful beach on the south end of the island. The promenade onto the beach is canopied with dreamy tropical trees as you approach the stunning white sand of the gulf coast. There is a restaurant and beach bar located right on the beach closest to the condo for easy dining. This condo is also a very short drive, bike ride, or a 15 minute walk to a town center with lots of fun restaurants, shops, ice cream, and even a movie theater. The JW Marriot is also a short distance away and quite an experience in itself to enjoy the beach, the resort pool and the various beach restaurants and bars it offers. Last but not least, Naples and all it has to offer is only a 25 minute drive away. We sincerely hope that you will be able to enjoy this delightful get away.
