This charming property is located in the desirable 200 block on Laurel Avenue and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Enjoy stunning views of Lake Erie from the porch, yard and front bedroom. This home was beautifully renovated in 2018 and includes all new HVAC, roof, gutters and gutter guards.
