Nice cute place. Water heater wasn’t working at first but they came and fixed super fast. Bed is a little stiffer mattress.

Nice surprise.

The owners are putting in time and money into updating the 2 story 8 room building. They are doing 2 rooms at a time and i saw one of the completed rooms and its very nicely done, new furnishings, AC, flooring walls and ceilings. The kitchettes are baths are nice too. Also the facilities, and grounds are well kept. I would stay here again.

I was not impressed with the motel room. It had a weird smell, part of the flooring was loose and the air-conditioner made weird noise. The property inself was nice. The floating rooms and newer cabin things look nice.

This was a great stay. Even though it’s cheaper, it was a fantastic value for the price. Clean rooms, great access to their free kayaks which we used to kayak right in front of the property to see all these big beautiful houses. We LOVED our stay. Definitely would book again if we visited the Florida Keys area.

The property is nice, clean and easy to get around. However if you bring a boat with you they charge you to keep it on your trailer, $25 per night, or if you keep it at the dock, $50 per night. This is not listed anywhere on the website that would be clear and obvious. I was only told at check in, even though I called when I booked the stay back in the spring and told them I was bringing a boat with me. The resort is nice and clean and I do recommend staying there for a reasonable priced stay right near the airport and Marathon key

Love this place, perfect for me. Clean room, not fancy but everything I needed and spacious. On grounds dock area overlooking a cove, good location in Marathon and walking distance to a waterfront restaurant.

Great Place!

We were originally checked into one of the hotel rooms in which housekeeping used a scented air freshener that caused us a headache. We reached out to management (after hours) and they responded right away and moved us to one of their available cabins. Service was excellent, everything was very clean and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was very pleasant with a fridge, microwave and coffee facilities. Beds very comfortable and the room had everything we needed for a two night stay midway along the Keys. We didnt use the kayak, pool or pickle ball court that was included in the price but was nice to know we could if we wanted.

Smells terrible

Smells like cat pee and mould. There’s a cinnamon candle on the air con to try to mask the smell. The pool was nice. Keys were easy to find. I wouldn’t stay again

Really satisfied with our stay. The room was great, the staff was super friendly, and it was a great price. Would definitely stay here on the next visit. Would like to check out their cabins and aqua lodges. Nice that they have a boat ramp and slips.
