Pool was enjoyable kitchen utensils and pots dirty had to clean before using downstairs bedroom was damp and musty granddaughter developed cough and had to sleep with her mother up stairs all kitchen cabinets and bathroom doors were dirty in all the property needs a deep cleaning and painting throughout my family cleaned up the outside area with several tubs of branches and trash on the property

The house was good, the beds were very comfortable! It did smell like animals though and we had to buy some air freshener and light bulbs that were out. The pool was good...they did have to send someone out to fix something that broken.Location is good.

Great location for Publix and Coastal Pizza. Yes it is about a 20-25 minute ride to the ocean but plenty of time to get your gear ready on the way out. Beds are super comfortable, kitchen has all the amenities and plenty of parking.

Great place, well cared for vacation spot in Marathon. Convenient to every thing and a short drive to key west. Pool was heated and the tiki bar was perfect on those hot sunny days.

Peaceful and convenient location

The location was great, and we really enjoyed the upper level! (We didnt really use the lower space) Pool wash well cared for and the dock was perfect. The screened in area was helpful since the mosquitos were bad the time of year we visited. I really loved all the loan games and bicycles at the property for use. A bonus was we were walking distance to Publix and a few other small businesses.
