Awful location located 20 meters from the hwy it’s always noisy I couldn’t sleep had to change rooms it was the samehere in Carrs noise from the principal street principal freeway full of roaches good luck to whoever to whoever stays there

they will not even call you a cab when you leave .

my stay at this hotel was horrible . There is no front desk clerk to check in new guess or handle guest issues . to make things worse the rooms have no phone .. so guest are forced to travel back and forth to the front desk ( or front table .. too small to be called a desk ) where they have to deal with a security guard ( ALL 3 OF THEM ) who spend their whole day looking at movies on their cell phones ... they both act like zombies and can not speak a word of english .... the guard are no help and they lie and say "no or we do not have " bs they dont understand a word in english ( horrible ) . i insisted in speaking to the manager whom i discovered speaks perfect english and she and the female account works banker hours in a very nice but hidden 8th floor which has great desk and business conference rooms and tables .. they need to turn it into a greeting floor to new guess .. but they dont care about the guess . They advertise cable tv but they have ONLY 6 STATIONS THAT WORK and only TWO OF THOSE ARE ENGLISH . ..That is horrible ..you spend half hour flipping through 224 channels and only 6 are working . toooo cheap to pay for a decent cable package for their guess ... wow . which is ok i guess bs the tv's are so SMALL .that you would not be able to see the programs anyway / Only the wifi is good here . and you are close to a small mall across the street . DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

Hard to find.

Its hard to find the place.very hassle especially that we have a baby. The address was not clear. We did a lot of walking to find it. No writings outside saying it was the reddorz. Found out reddorz is inside a suite building with different name.Good thing the last person we asked the security guard said we finally found the right place. No receptionist only the guard were the ones who assisted us. Well if you are just there for quick business stay like one day,this condotel is fine. But for relaxation purposes Nah! Hot water is not working.
