We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It's location is unbeatable: walking distance to St Francis parish for daily prayer in Adoration chapel & daily Mass, walking distance to the best shopping/dining options in Shangri-La & SM Megamall. Fast internet & very easy to book Grab. Hotel staff are professional, courteous, and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. During our check-out, I accidentally left one of my suitcases. The front desk staff tried to contact me ASAP, calling me 11 times. Finally, I was able to see the message & arranged for the suitcase to be picked up as we headed to airport. Thank you so much, you truly saved the day!!!

Convenient location

Our first room was very noisy as it’s facing the main road and so much traffic and noise that it’s impossible to sleep on time. We have to wait till 1am to get a decent sleep but woke up still feeling dizzy. We transferred to another room the next day!

The room is below standard. No basic amenities whatsoever; not even a phone in the room. If you need to call front desk, you have to get out of the room to access a phone in the hallway. The bed was not comfortable at all; neither were the pillows. The towels provided were in bad condition like rugs for cleaning. I will not recommend this hotel.
