The staff here are attentive, but the cleanliness of the hotel room could have been better. There were small flies and bugs coming out of the drains of both the bathroom sink and shower. It was also unpleasant to use the restroom in the lobby area as it had no AC and had mosquitoes flying around. As for the surrounding area, it was sad to walk by homeless people (chidren and adults) in the streets nearby, therefore I did not walk to the hotel by myself at night.

Relative to areas of interest like Intramuros, this hotel was conveniently located. However, female guests may not feel safe to wander in the immediate neighborhood after dark. For instance, the staff advised me not to walk to Robson's Place after sunset.

I chose this because it was close to the embassy. What I didn't like was there was no toothbrush no toothpaste. no coffee you had to buy it. Had to go down the floor below me to get drinking water. The room was missing the basics that other hotels offer as part of the purchase price.

I believe your getting more bang for your buck. Whereas, one would might think that your walking into an impeding horror story experience one would expect from a budget hotel in the USA; on the contrary, the hotel is amazing, the staff are Profesional plus care for their guest, and the area is central to most go tos when your arrive in Manila. Very pleased with this option, do not hesitate at all to book!!

Great location near the Manila Bay Beach, Rizal Park and Intramuros. Very walkable, near Robinsons Mall. Our room was small but spotless. The staff were so friendly and eager to help. Great value.
