Probably the most efficient and technologically advanced hotel I’ve ever visited. Great staff and lobby Cafe. Very clean and compact rooms. Only concern was no phones in the room. This is dangerous in the event of an emergency. Would be inexpensive and easy to install WI-FI based intercom phones to allow communication with front desk, housekeeping, etc. Red Planet is great value for the money!

Went to the cafe inside the hotel to have a quick lunch, was advised wait is 30 minutes, sat down and paid with cash as staff claimed credit card machine is still in work. Had to wait for over an hour.

Clean rooms that smelled good. Staff was super friendly and responsive. Having a 7-Eleven 12 steps away was very convenient. Room was comfortable with Aircon. Had a convenient area for ride pick up, as well as safe, adequate parking.
