景色がとてもよかった。その反面チェックインをするのに一時間ほど待たされた。そのうえセキュリティーカードが発行されていなくて一時間待ってと言われて待っていたのに結局8時間後ぐらいに発行された。ルーム清掃代が引かれていたのに清掃がなく、ホテル側に伝えると清掃は別料金800ペソが必要だと言われた。

まずホテルにチェックインする方法を自分でホテルに問い合わせてとの事だったので問い合わせたところ フィリピンのローカルナンバーやwhatapp(lineのような会話アプリ)を取って連絡してこいだの言われ、パスポートのID写真がないと予約が取れた事にならないからと言われemailで送ったもののチェックイン方法を教えてくれず、 エクスペディアのお問い合わせに電話して対応してもらったにもかかわらず 当日ホテルについたらemailして、そしたら鍵を渡すと言われたので 空港に着いた後すぐとホテルに着いてからすぐ連絡をしたが応答がなく、ずっとホテルのロビーで待たされました。 英語が少しわかったために対応できたと思うが、英語が全く出来なかったらどうするんだと思いました。 そしてチェックアウトの方法を受付に聞いたら 部屋の鍵は部屋に置いてきて、セキュリティーカードみたいなのは自分で持っててと言われたので、日本にそのまま持って帰ったら そのカードを返してもらわないと困るなどとemailが届き、 受付の人が持って帰ってと言われたので持って帰ってきて、今私はすでに日本にいると言ったら 3000ペソ払え(約6000円)と言われた。 今回、女一人旅で不安の中このような対応だったのでホテルを変えたいと言ってもキャンセル料がかかるからと、ダメだったし最悪のホテルでした。 今後一切エクスペディアからホテルを申し込みしないです。 こんな最悪なホテルの対応初めてでした。 旅が最悪の思い出になりました
