"I made a reservation here because it was one of the few in this part of town to include breakfast…WARNING! I was pressed for time before the last round of a golf tournament so all I needed was some eggs and sausage or bacon. You know, the standard almost every hotel provides. There were a few other options but it was nothing special… just a hotel breakfast. So I’m hurrying to get to the course and up comes a young lady with a charge slip for $13.87. I told her I wouldn’t sign it because my res was “including breakfast”. She picked up the charge and walked away. I thought nothing more of it until I received an email later in the day with the charges posted to my credit card. The room wasn’t cheap, the hotel was fairly quiet and I have no problem with the accommodations. But I’ll never stay here again. I feel like the victim of a “bait and switch”."

The breakfast was very underwhelming. there was not a lot of selection, and what was there was old and cold. We have stayed at this same hotel many different times, in the past 10 years, but we decided there has been such a decline in quality, we will no longer stay her, at Parkwood."
