The property was nice, guest service was great. The only problem I had was the televisions were to small for the rooms. They need to move to 42 inch or 50 inch screens.

I stay at this hotel when I visit my son in Manhattan. It is an older hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffing shortages sometimes affect maid service but I am ok with that as I don't like maids in my room when I am staying. I am an older woman traveling alone and have always felt safe in this hotel. Close to good shopping and great eating places.

As soon as we entered the room, we noticed torn curtains, old/beat up lamp shades, and broken drawers. I also found it odd that shampoo was provided, but hair conditioner wasn't. Our blankets were rough to the touch and seemed old. We did like the hardwood floor. Breakfast was simple, but nice to have

Room phone didnt work. Bed mattress was frayed and when we pulled on sheets chucks of mattress came off on floor. Also bathroom had 2 towels only.
