Came into the room and it was not clean with sand on the ground. Stains on the chairs and coach. Furniture has noticeable wear and tear. House keeping did not fulfill a request on the 1st day, After 2 calls. Concierge had to go to house keeping to fulfill the request. Also the food was horrible. If you like raisins in your potato salad you will like the food. Jamaica Resturant was good and the Italian was good. But breakfast sucks everytime. Customer service needs a lot of work. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. However Kimisha and the concierge team was great. The sales team Claire and Akeem was great otherwise not the best in terms of interactions with staff.

Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!

The property was spotless all employees very nice food was very good the room was very nice my butler was not alway available the phone i was givin to call him didnt work for me...im handicap and in a chair everything eas easy to get around on the resort and they allowed my husband and i to enter in waiting in lines...if u are handicap this is the place to go

There is a serious problem with dinning logistics, having to wait 30 tables or more than 3 hours to sit down (also de electronic devices dont work), all beach chairs were taken at 6am without ever seeing also many guest woken up at that time, no show on the hitt class that was on the itinerary, end of the year party was a total mess

This is a large property because it is 3 resorts in 1. Ask for a tour on your first day. Beautiful water. Don't even bother with the Mexican restaurant.

Everything about this resort was great, except for the service at one of the seafood restaurants, Oceana. Our server, Nadine, took over 20 minutes to take our order and then forgot to bring the food. We waited nearly an hour before asking another waitress to remind her to serve our meal. To make matters worse, her arrogant attitude completely ruined what would have otherwise been a perfect experience, like a bad apple spoiling the whole bunch.

Renovate this Secrets, please!

First and foremost, I want to make clear that the frontline employees did their very best to make our stay enjoyable. They work hard and deserve to be treated respectfully, by tourists AND the management. The condition of the resort was not great. There are signs of deferred maintenance all over (peeling paint, non functioning pool showers, peeling stain, cracked pavement, etc.). We were in the St James Preferred Club and when we got there, there was a pervasive smell of mold or rot in the lobby and elevators which was there the entire trip. The first room we were assigned smelled of mold or sewage and we asked for a change, which was accommodated. This deferred maintenance speaks to ownership that does not wish to invest. Skip El Patio and go to Blue Mountain, Bordeaux or Portofino for dinner instead. The breakfast and lunch buffets had plenty of options. Hop over to Breathless for dinner at Altitude.
