We attended a LARGE family wedding in Mancos. 9 of us came from the US East Coast, 2 with disabilities. Our questions on shower access and bathroom location were answered promptly by the owner. More detail on those would enhance the listing! The house and location was perfect for nine adults to occupy comfortably! The house was so well maintained and abundantly appointed! We shared several meals together and lacked nothing! Beds were comfortable and instructions clear. Plentiful bath towels in every suite! Easy parking for four cars on street at front door. Only suggestion is to label multiple remotes and include instructions for watching television. Everyone thought the house was perfect for us! No problems! We all highly recommend this rental!!! 10 stars!

This is a lovely home and it is NOT a "bate and switch" like others can be. Delightful home, quiet neighborhood. It may get a little warm upstairs. I would definitely stay here again. We were all here to attend my grandson's wedding but some of us appreciated the convenient location to visit the Mesa Verde while we were this close. The hostess was amazing. So thoughtful, kind, and gracious.
