Inside you will find yourself surrounded by nurturing blue spruce and pine with oceanic greens and whites. Downstairs is a master bedroom suite with private sliding doors leading to a quiet yard. It has a California King bed, it’s own private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Enjoy the feeling of rain in the glass shower or relax in the full size separate bathing tub with views onto the backyard. Heated tile floors and a beautiful marble countertop complete this bathroom.

Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 sets of sturdy bunkbeds (safety rated up to 400 lbs on both upper and lower bunks) and a double bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony overlooking the back patio with stunning La Plata Mountain views. Guests can enjoy these views from a small patio set on the balcony. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath complete with a shower/tub combo, heated tile floors, and marble countertop.

The open floor plan downstairs hosts a large Italian leather sectional sofa, a 58" smart TV, 2 reading chairs, a futon, a full 8-10 person dining table, and a wrap around massive kitchen with breakfast counter. You will also find a 1/2 bath at the base of the stairs. The back patio is accessible from a door by the kitchen/dining room and sits directly beneath the massive kitchen windows. A comfortable loveseat and 2 chairs overlook the entire property and the La Plata Mountains.

Everything in this house is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and has a Kucht Professional Series range for exceptional cooking. There is a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and huge wrap-around granite countertop with breakfast bar. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, spices, and basic cooking/baking necessities. All pans, pots, mixing bowls, utensils, etc are available for use. This kitchen is a dream to cook in.
