About the Space:
Chamonix is a popular condo complex, in a highly desirable location. This property is an upstairs unit, offering a great mountain escape for your stay in Mammoth. The property is walking distance (5 minutes) to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities (snow sports in the winter, biking/hiking in the summer) Mammoth has to offer right from the front door!

This property is a cozy 1000 sq. ft. open floor plan with all the essentials needed to make your next vacation unforgettable! The living room has comfortable couches, a flatscreen TV with smart features (Chomecast/Roku), a gas fireplace, and a private, covered, outdoor patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a private BBQ on the patio stocked with propane. There is NO oven in this property.

This home sleeps 6 people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is downstairs and has a queen over queen bunkbed. There is a closet in the room for clothing storage. There is a full bathroom downstairs off the bedroom in the hallway. The upstairs bedroom is in the loft. It offers a king-sized bed, ensuite full bathroom, and dresser.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

Clean and quiet!

We had a great visit to this property. The unit was clean and quiet! The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. The bathrooms are dated, but very clean. I would avoid using both showers at the same time. The only issue we had was the bunkbeds in the downstairs bedroom that squeak whenever you move. My son is barely 100 lbs but with him on the bottom bunk, there was a lot of squeaking! :)
