"Room was lovely and clean. Supplies of breakfast cereal and biscuits along with adequate supplies of tea and coffee were much appreciated. Bed slightly soft for my liking, but ok for one night. Pillows were very, very soft. It would have been nice to have at least one firm pillow. Carpet in room 24 was very damp under the window. It had been raining, so not sure if window had been left open. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in this non-smoking room."

"Excellent facility but the parking is an issue. As a guest we shouldn’t have to pay. If we had to go out numerous times it would add up as well as the $12.50 per night. To enter the hotel was chaotic as Google maps directed us to another street due to construction. It wasn’t easy to find. "
