Van der Valk Hotel Gent
"Very bad stay. This hotel does NOT have a real aircondition as stated on their details. It’s rather a central fan that was not working and when I asked the receptionist they said it’s better just to open the window. You can imagine the nosie ang bugs when you leave the window open trying to get some ..."

Canal View Hotel Ter Brughe by CW Hotel Collection
"We decided to stay an extra night last minutely and the staff was super helpful in rearranging on their side to make sure we could stay the extra night without needing to change rooms and go through the hassle of checking out / checking in again. Room itself was quaint and cute, spacious and of the ..."

"Forewarning that the elevator is old. Wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to haul all luggage up 8 flights of stairs. Was repaired for two days and then broke again. We had to take our luggage down the stairs at check out. Don’t count on the elevator, the stairs are extremely narrow and difficult ..."

Grand Hotel Normandy by CW Hotel Collection
"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent ..."

Getaway Gent
"The character and cleanliness was amazing. Unfortunately we stayed in a recent heat wave and with no air conditioning it was hot but we were able to ask the front desk for an extra fan which was a life saver. Really good place to stay - quiet and easy to get everywhere. Would stay here again for ..."

ibis budget Brugge Centrum Station
"This is a true budget hotel: the rooms are very tiny with not much space to move around in. The bath towels were small and thin and the shower is in an open area beside the bed. Our room overlooked the central railway tracks but the sound of the trains wasn't actually that loud. Staff were very helpful ..."

B&B HOTEL Gent Centrum
"Forewarning that the elevator is old. Wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to haul all luggage up 8 flights of stairs. Was repaired for two days and then broke again. We had to take our luggage down the stairs at check out. Don’t count on the elevator, the stairs are extremely narrow and difficult if you have health issues. Good apartment to rent in the winter. Good location. Updated and well stocked with all supplies you need. When weather is warm, apartment is unbearably hot. Even with curtains closed to afternoon sun. Apartment faces courtyard so you don’t get cool air or breeze. At times we had to sleep on tile floor with cold wet towels over us. 100 percent no joke. We bought a fan for the bedroom, hopefully they leave it there for next renter. You will need it."
