"Minha experiência foi extremamente frustrante. A situação foi tão ruim que sequer permaneci no hotel, sendo obrigado a buscar outra hospedagem, arcando com custos adicionais e enfrentando mais de uma hora de deslocamento para encontrar um local adequado. O quarto apresentava condições muito insatisfatórias, com cortinas encardidas, paredes visivelmente sujas, forte odor desagradável e uma cama de péssima qualidade, comprometendo completamente o conforto e a higiene esperados de uma hospedagem. Outro ponto que chamou a atenção foi a postura da atendente. A forma como conduziu a situação transmitiu a impressão de que reclamações semelhantes são frequentes no estabelecimento. Antes mesmo de qualquer tentativa de solução, informou de imediato que não haveria possibilidade de reembolso e ainda exigiu o pagamento antecipado do estacionamento, demonstrando pouca preocupação em compreender ou resolver os problemas relatados. Infelizmente, a hospedagem ficou muito abaixo do mínimo aceitável, gerando transtornos, gastos extras e perda de tempo. Minha experiência foi bastante negativa e, diante do ocorrido, não recomendo o local."
