Worst hotel
Worst hotel I have stayed at, reception staff were unfriendly and quite rude. We had no help carrying suitcases to our rooms and we are in our 70s. This hotel does not privide towels, toilet tissues so make sure you take that with you. The rooms are really really dirty. Do not waste your money

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS OK, BUT AFTER CHECKOUT OUR TRAIN WAS LATE IN THE EVENING, THEY DIDN'T HAD FANS OR AC WORKING IN THE RECEPTION AREA SO THAT WE CAN WAIT THERE. EVEN THE WATER BOTTLE PROVIDED SEEMS TO BE DUPLICATE AST THE TASTE WAS VERY HARD, FOR WHICH WE COMPLAINED AT THE RECEPTION, TO WHICH THEY SAID THEY WILL COMPLAIN REGARDING THIS WATER TO THE VENDOR. OVERALL, OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE HOTEL WAS NOT SATIFACTORY AT ALL. "
