Disappointed this time. Room noisy due to huge air con unit outside. Bed far too soft, room tatty. First room they gave me already had a male occupant; not ideal for a solo female traveler. They gave me a glass of wine whilst they sorted new room and took my bags up but I then overheard the duty manager complaining at the staff for giving me a free glass of wine. Usually a much better stay so hopefully a one off

OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BRIGHT AS WAS THE HOTEL GENERALLY. PARKING WAS EASY INSIDE AND INSIDE THE HOTEL BOUNDARY. STAFF WERE HAPPY AND VERY HELPFUL. DID NOT USE LAUNDRY SERVICES. HAD A GREAT STAY AND WILL COME AGAIN.

Very clean tidy & quiet, only problem our room d balcony looked out to the Thames but the side window looked out to the car park no net curtain so had to shut the curtains permanently. They now charge £3.50 per day for car parking.
