"We were in Oskaloosa to attend the Tulip Festival in Pella. It was a wonderful home to return to each night. There are some very nice restaurants in town."

"What a fantastic little place. It doesn’t look like anything special from the outside, but it was very nice in the rooms. A very sweet lady checked us in, offered us waters, and even had little Tulip cookies for the Tulip Time Festival in Pella. Super sweet and kind and made us feel welcome. Bed was comfortable and the stay worked out great. Only complaint was the overwhelming fragrance smell when we first got to the room - might be a cleaner or detergent. I am sensitive to smells and get migraines so we left for dinner and had to leave the window open and return with our own cinnamon air freshener (helps mask). My husband could smell it so but wasn’t super bothered by it, but this was the only thing I would improve."

"The property was well-kept, clean, and modern. I appreciated the fact that the hotel smelled clean, and the floor were also clean. The breakfast had many options, and the area was also well-maintained. Our rooms were super clean and it was also quiet."
