"I spoke to the manager on the phone before my stay. She was incredibly rude and I was dreading my stay. However when I came to the hotel the staff were lovely and accommodating. Everything went smoothly, the room was cleaner than expected"

"Clean. A bit tired and needs work. Very small rooms. The shower is very tight and short showerhead. The shuttle bus gets packed and doesn't come as frequently as expected. Last hotel pick up to Disney so short ride there but also last hotel drop off so longer ride back. No lunch availability at the hotel restaurant. A/C was fickle. Paid storage lockers for luggage in an non AC portable outside the hotel. Included breakfast buffet was great. Lots of selection and multiple stations."

"The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. Indoor pool was busy and also had a hot tub. The rooms seemed outdated - the carpet, design and bathrooms were older and didn’t match the modern design in the lobby. Hopefully they’re in the process of modernizing and redecorating the rooms too! The breakfast included in our stay was hands down the best hotel breakfast that I’ve ever had. Shuttles to and from Disney were frequent, although often packed. Uber’s to Disney and the train station were cheap and easy from the hotel. The hotel bar and sitting area was very nice and staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children."
