Our three night stay was absolutely perfect. Just what we needed for a little getaway. The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The mountain views and Elk did not disappoint. We enjoyed two days of sight seeing and then a day of rest. We loved walking around the neighborhood with the kids. Again, just a perfect getaway for our family. We cannot wait to go back.

Great cabin! Location is perfect; we were in town to ski at Cataloochee. Loved being able to bring our dog and have a great neighborhood to walk her. We stay in this general area every winter and this home is one of the best places there is. Easy check-in, easy check out. The backyard area is beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook meals and it was very comfortable for our family - the living area, bedrooms, dining - everything was great. We did not have snow down in the valley while we were there but the access to this location is very easy and flat. Beautiful views of the mountains and we also saw 12 elk the night we checked in and 6 again on the morning of our check-out. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to return again.

Would highly recommend as house was fantastic for a family stay including teens and grandparents. We enjoyed seeing elk in the neighborhood every day. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
