I appreciated how nice everyone was. The hotel maintained a clean environment. Tres Cantos is also a wonderful neighborhood.

If you happen to be in Tres Cantos, this is the only hotel you should consider! It has a fantastic atmosphere created by a wonderful, friendly and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and very well looked after. Some people may find the integrated bathroom awkward but there are fantastic private toilets downstairs! Stayed for five nights, would have happily stayed for more! Thank you!

Short visit

The room was comfortable, the staff were efficient and polite. I think, though that the title efficient is somewhat incorrect as in this day and age not to have WiFi in the room of a brand new hotel is not efficient.

Cuando entramos a la habitación estaba helada. Nos dijeron que no se podía apagar ya que era aerotermia y como mucho nos pudieron subir de 23 a 25 grados. Por lo demás muy bien; hotel nuevo ( 3 años).

Brand new hotel and very friendly staff

That hotel is brand new. Nicely fitted out. All is functioning and a restaurant is in the house. By footwalk distance several restaurants can be found too. I’ll come back is possibly.
