I prepaid on Expedia using all my points and paid several weeks before arrival. But upon arrival they said I needed to pay them more money. We could not get our room until we paid. I message Expedia And complained. I was hoping Expedia would refund what I paid on-site. Instead they refunded me what I prepaid. I really wanted to use my points and pay less. Overall this place was good, clean, and hot shower. This restaurant was good with great prices."
