"The room wasn’t clean I had no towels and only had 2 pillows there was mold on the ceiling my original room I booked wasn’t ready so I got out in a handy cap room and when I complained there wasn’t any other rooms to move me to the receptionist said due to there being a chess tournament there this weekend and the air barley worked it only went to 76. For $171 a night this was a horrible experience and the sink was clogged and didn’t drain"

"The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). Again, we got to sit down and had a drink and some more great conversations with Chuck. He’s now a staple to our trips to Cleveland, he’s honestly a great part of the staff. Our room was great, only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest and the remains from their night before…."
