Horrible customer service

We had issues with mold and dirt and stains on thr mattress on the pull out couch and it took 3 different staff members to actually care about the situation and resolve it.

The staff is their secret weapon.

Great stay from check-in to checkout. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was good, the staff kept up with the full dining area. My grandson raved about the waffles. We'll start here again for sure.

Aside from the lobby, the hotel and rooms are a bit dingy and worn out. Carpets seem gray and stained. Beds are uncomfortable, mattresses are not updated. Indoor pool was dated and small, closed for cleaning. Our family stayed at the hotel only so the kids could swim in the pool, so disappointing. I would suggest skipping this hotel. Only ok.
