The staff was so kind and helpful! Always ready to help. The facility was quiet and since I was there to do online classes I needed the quiet. The pool and hot tub was warm and inviting. Can't wait to come back!

WiFi was very unreliable. Breakfast was meh - coffee and yogurt from push button machines. Shower was pretty darn good though. The furniture in the room was pretty shabby and could use an upgrade but floor, and bathroom fixtures have obviously been redone

Front desk was very helpful. Parking does get tight at night, so if you go out don’t expect your parking spot you left to still be available. However all parking has ready/close doors. The congenital breakfast was wonderful!

Definitely not what was advertised. Not a suite. No coffee in the moring. Then awful coffee when it was brewed. Pool and hot tub were nice. Front Desk gave excellent service.

The room we had was clean and had everything we needed. The room we had really needs a new bed and pillows. The bed was like a sleeping on a rock. The pillows should have been changed years ago. Appreciate the room, but it needs updating.

The shower plug was stuck so you were taking a shower in a foot of water. The drape was broken at the top so it flapped open. The refrigerator smelled so bad we couldn’t put anything in there. When we checked out and advised the front desk I felt like they didn’t care. And possibly didn’t even write it down.
