Good, just some things that were thumbs down

overall good but just some relatively minor things...they use those bottles mounted in the shower for soap, shampoo, conditioner and there was no conditioner. This keeps happening to me in hotels. I love the eco-friendliness but they HAVE to fill those dang things because once you're in the shower, it's too late. Plus there was a hair that looked like a pube on the shower soap dish. Ewwwwww!!!! And the parking lot lights are BRIGHT and shine through the edges of the blackout curtains so bring a sleep mask.

I had an issue with bathroom. They were aware and already had been working on it. They upgraded and moved us straight across the hall. Very pleasant and over to help us move. It was an executive suite. The staff was amazing the entire stay.
