Check in was very good. Room is good, but barely any toilet paper. Outside, out smells like a garbage dump. Or a dead animal. It is horrendous!

Staff was super nice and friendly. We had to go every day to ask for washrags to shower with. We were told on our last night there were no more towels or washrags. The company has failed the staff by not supplying them with supplies.

We loved everything about the property. It was VERY clean and easy to get to. Our only thing is the beds were VERY worn out and lumpy and uncomfortable and the door to our room had big gaps on the bottom and side so a TON of light came through. We had to put a towel on the floor to try to block some of it but only helped a little. I really, really hate to say all that because I was SO impressed with the cleanliness and it is overall a great property and would have otherwise given 5 stars!

My wife was treated terribly by the check-in person. She should be fired immediately. She also lied about being the General Manager.

I enjoyed the location, very clean, impressive staff. Downside... I was on the first floor near lobby. The ice machine was near the room. So, some noise during late hours. Staff noise early in the a.m. Most likely cleaning, etc. Unavoidable. But over all I truly enjoyed this property.
