The front desk staff and breakfast area staff were great!!!!! Very gracious and helpful. The room we were in had torn curtains and a very hard bed and sugar ants on the tables. Lamps were showing signs of rust most likely from the cleaning solution used. Front desk staff did inform us that a major update is scheduled in May for this property.

The Best Western at Wesley Chapel met my needs. The room was clean, it was located in a quality community, and the staf was extremely pleasant and helpful. The physical condition of the property however was VERY average at best.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself is in very run down shape. Room, and especially the bathroom, was dirty.

Gross, dirty and damp. Find somewhere else

Disappointing stay. Check in was fine. Friendly employee who said they were sold out for the night. Got to our room and the mildew smell was unbearable. Carpet damp and dirty. Bedding was also damp and we felt wet all night. Every time you rolled over the bed felt like it was going to break. Curtains had huge holes letting in a lot of light. Light switch broken. Every lamp was full of rust.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Despite some other reviews, we found the property clean, no smells and in good condition. Staff and complimentary breakfast were great. Even with the property in good condition, we were told it was going to be renovated in May. Great location and we would definitely stay here again next time we cruise out of Tampa.

Awful hotel extremely outdated and rust everywhere. I can’t believe that Expedia offers this hotel to its customers. Lamps in room were rusted. Mirror in the bathroom horrible. Toilet seat is broken. Carpet smells bad and room smelled moldy. Horrible hotel probably the worst hotel that I’ve stayed in my life. Again can’t believe Expedia would offer this hotel in their website. Shame on you. I want my money back.

First room had some sort of insect outbreak in the bathroom. As soon as we checked in we noticed many insect swarms in the bathroom. We quickly went to the main desk to request a change. The staff blamed us for having open food in the room when we just checked in and never even unpacked luggage, literally within 10 minutes of check in!! They did switch rooms for us. It is Florida and mold was present but at least no insects.
