We had an amazing and memorable stay with the lions right outside our window and such a pleasure to watch. The family room was incredibly spacious and clean for two adults and three children. Breakfast was delicious and parking right outside the room. Would recommend to anyone for a memorable stay.

Shower unit was rusty in one corner . Was not aware that no transport from hotel to zoo was provided for elderly and infirmed people. My wife is 81 and walked with a stick so found the walk to and from zoo exhausting . We had booked VIP experience at zoo so had to do the walk or lose the money
