Food options aren’t great. Yes there was lots if food but not Jamaican food. I did not go hungry but there was nothing I wanted 2nd except the mangoes. I ate lots of the fruit.

I was not happy with how the outcome of our trip was handled. Our transportation roundtrip from the airport to resort was booked through expedia. We found the lady (Hyacinth) at the resort to help book and confirm our shuttle back to the airport. We arrive that friday to the lobby and checked out on time. We then waited for our shuttle and it did not arrive. We were then forced last minute to pay for a cab (by the same lady hyacinth) - who said to keep the receipt from the cab driver and expedia will reimburse us. Hyacinth claims there was a "glitch in the system" and our shuttle was not booked (though Hyacinth herself was the one who booked our shuttle 2 days prior). Now Hyacinth/grand palladium states expedia has to reimburse us, and expedia is stating to reach out to grand palladium. I'm extremely disappointed as none of this was our fault yet neither party is willing to take responsibility for the error and is making me go back and forth rather than simply reimbursing me. All I am asking is to be reimbursed the cab fare we were forced to spend last minute along with the expedia shuttle service since we didn't even get to use it. It does not seem like an unreasonable ask considering we did everything right on our end.

The staff was great; the food was very good for the most part - we didn't like the Italian restaurant or steak house, but the Jamaican and Japanese restaurants were amazing, and the breakfast buffets were great. Fresh crepes every morning were JaMazing! The rooms were nice. We had a Jr. Suite beachside. Nightly entertainment was hit and miss. The sound system was inconsistent. The pool was fantastic. All the bars were pretty consistent and they didn't skimp on alcohol. The beach was okay. We stayed mostly poolside though. Overall, we enjoyed our week at GP Lady Hamilton and overall recommend.

This resort was amazing. No mosquitos which says a lot by itself! Clean, AC , Drinks everywhere, Although it’s family friendly- as a couple we barely saw them. Wherever you go, there’s a nice view. Very affordable for the service. And the staff is tentative, respectful, friendly and welcoming. You feel valued. Excellent stay and we look forward to returning!

The property was beautiful and staff amazing but the food was disappointing it’s seemed like you get the same food from every restaurant not happy about that but everything else was good especially the extra activities they had planned
