Check in clerk was friendly. Room was clean, but tv did not work & when I called to report it I was told a repair order would have to be made. However, it was 10 pm so I understood that.

The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was in working order. We had a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, no tub. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, so the floor got splattered with water from the shower making it really dangerously slippery.

What has happened to lighting in the renovation of hotels? There were two queens in our room and NO lighting beside the beds. The coffee in the room was great--noth regular and decaf.
