This was my second time coming to Secrets at this location. I came solo this time for 6 nights and had the most relaxing time. I booked a swim out pool/ room. 100% worth it. I enjoy people but also enjoy my quiet time and the swim out pool was perfect. I suggest bringing a small blow up floaty so you can just relax in the water. Food was great. The spa was amazing. Thank you again Secrers!

My wife and I came back to Secrets Cabo for the second time to celebrate our anniversary. The staff is extremely accommodating, intentional and kind. Special shoutouts to Romero who served us by the pool all week, Ivan from the preferred club bar, Antony from Portofino and Ivan from the entertainment team who all made our stay special and took great care of us. Serene and quiet. Had a restful stay. Short staffed on checkout caused us to carry out our own bags up a flight of stairs. Generally the staff is great. Enjoyed talking to Hector the lifeguard and Christian at Portofino was excellent. Missed having a buffet dinner option. The restaurants are just ok. Location is in San Jose far from crowds in private community so felt safe. Swim out pool not worth it, tiny and no great views to ocean really just to gardens. Beach is not for swimming like most places. A 10 on cleaning. Some of the furniture is dated.

The restaurants had incredible food and service (especially the Italian spot). The pool side service was also amazing, probably helped that I tipped at the beginning of the trip. I was also able to golf onsite (for a steep price) and it was a really cool course to play! The ocean course had amazing views. One thing that I would note is that the resort is a little bit of a drive from town, so it was not very walkable. However the all inclusive resort was well worth the price.

Delmar and Axel were outstanding representatives for the resort activities! They make the trip fun. Art walk was the best. We arranged a boat ride in Cabo that was perfect. We loved every minute.

There wasn’t that much entertainment, the food was very limited. Not much variety compared to other places. The app always said it was not able to submit the request. Room service was a very long wait, we asked for towels and they never came. Sometimes when you would call there was no answer. The place was beautiful just wish it had better service overall.
