Good price for a hotel in Malibu. Convenient to the local beaches and shopping centers. Hotel is outdated with no amenities but parking is free & easy right outside of front entrance. Hotel bed was not comfortable at all. Bathroom was large and clean.

I really loved this property! Pepperdine University is absolutely gorgeous and nestled in the beautiful Malibu Canyon! I have to give a special shoutout to Annalise (name might be misspelled). She gave great tips on what to see around the area. All other front desk staff members were courteous and helpful.

All was nice and clean. The room especially pretty. If there is an outdoor dinner party you can hear it and they can see you on the balcony. The view is incredible. There is a lovely Hero’s Memorial that is peaceful and worth looking at and sitting to enjoy the view.
