This fully refurbished mid-century design home offers a true retro feeling with all the modern conveniences. Large screen TV's throughout the home, inside & out. High-speed internet plus scanner, fax, printer allows convenient business capabilities.

Entire home is furnished in period mid-century design, giving that great 50's vibe! Bedrooms have high-end memory foam mattresses and super soft linen sheets & comforters. Each room is furnished with Turkish robes and giant flat screen TV's for your enjoyment.

Each bathroom is luxuriously appointed, including all bath towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioners, & toilet paper. One bathroom is equipped with a relaxing heated jacuzzi bath tub and shower. The second bathroom features a huge walk-in shower w/ bench and has easy access.

Kitchen is fully furnished with all of the plateware, cookware, utensils, glassware, pots & pans, and everything you need to prepare & enjoy your gourmet meals at home. Kitchen is designed in a funky retro 50's color and includes blender, barware, toaster, microwave, & conventional oven.

Backyard boasts the best of Southern California living! Patio is equipped with outdoor spa, BBQ, & minifridge, 70" flat-screen tv, fire feature, & colorful festoon lighting. This huge backyard is set up for volleyball, corn-hole, axe throwing, & can be enjoyed day or night with the beautiful outdoor lighting.

Home is also equipped with washer and dryer & outdoor outlet near driveway to accommodate EV charging 110 Volt (guest to provide own charging cord).
