This rental had mixed results. While the unit itself was okay, the decor and provided items seemed really bare bones and not of a very good quality.I received the checkin instructions just fine. However, the visual quality of the message was so poor it was barely legible. Second, the link to their guest portal didn’t work when we tried to contact them to advise of a slight change in our arrival time and the host didn’t respond to direct messaging until I left a message asking about specific checkout procedures and then I got a reply.The unit itself was okay. While the flooring and cabinets seemed nice and new, the decoration pieces were meager with few embellishments, so it feels like a staged mid-level apartment. Several of the higher end lamps and things in the pictures have been swapped out for serviceable, but less expensive models. Towels and bedding are inexpensive. Mattresses are inexpensive memory foam. The mirror in the primary bathroom has stains in the glass. The sliding closet doors also have rust beginning to show even though it seems to be fairly newly remodeled. The plates are Coryell and the knives are lower end. The microwave exhaust fan blows back into the kitchen and the vent tubing is unattached to the fan unit. And would it have killed them to put a box of Kleenex in the bathroom?Things worked (other than the guest portal) and the space was adequate at best, but for the price I paid, I really expected more.
